At HalloGeschenk.de, we're working around the clock on new features, more transparency, and, of course, original gift ideas. Most recently, we introduced our practical delivery time labels (see post) – so you can see at a glance how quickly your desired product can be delivered.

Today there is something new for you:

The HalloGeschenk.de price breaker

This feature is simple yet effective. Have you seen one of our items cheaper elsewhere? Or would you like to purchase multiple items?

This is what it looks like in our shop:

STEP 1:
Click on the price breaker "Found cheaper? Make us an offer!"

Once you click on the "Price Breaker", the following window will open:

STEP 2:

Now enter the required information above and, if applicable, tell us where you found this item for less. If you have anything else you'd like to tell us, please use the second message field (Is there anything else you'd like to tell us). Finally, accept the terms of use by checking the box and click "Send offer."

STEP 3:

You will now receive an automatic confirmation of receipt and we will receive an email with your offer, which we will review within 24 hours.

If we accept your price request, you will receive an email with the subject: Offer Accepted: "Congratulations" and a purchase link with your desired price already entered. Alternatively, the email will also contain a one-time discount code, which you can enter directly at checkout.

Important: The discount is valid for 7 days.

If we cannot accept your offer, you will receive an email with the subject: Offer Rejected: "Sorry!" - in this case, you can either make us another offer or we will offer the best possible price within our budget.

It may also be the case that we are unable to offer the item at the requested price, but can still offer a discount. In this case, the subject line of our email will be: Our Counteroffer – this is also valid for 7 days.

By breaking the price we want to show:
You can talk to us. We listen. And we act fairly.

Your suggestion might also help us improve our product range even further – for example, if a price in the system is no longer up to date or if you would like to order several items together.

The price breaker isn't a price guarantee, but rather an invitation to dialogue. Every request is carefully reviewed. Sometimes we can make something possible, sometimes not – this isn't due to a lack of will, but rather to many small things in the background, such as purchase prices, minimum purchase quantities, or availability.

But we always do our best – we promise. And even if it doesn't work out, your wish wouldn't be in vain. Because every message helps us improve – so we can offer you even better service.
