30-day satisfaction guarantee
The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) . As part of our satisfaction guarantee , we have voluntarily extended this period to 30 days for non-personalized products (excluding food such as our gift boxes and hygiene items such as jewelry). All other conditions of the statutory right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
Print release
With regard to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we would like to provide the following summarized information from the General Terms and Conditions and Data Protection Regulations: Your data will be stored for the purpose of the desired personalization and thus released for forwarding to our suppliers (printers/manufacturers/wholesalers) for the purpose of further processing your order.
When using photos, you must not infringe the rights of third parties and must therefore own the rights to the images or obtain the relevant permission from the author. By approving the print, you confirm that the personalization is correct and, for example, free of spelling mistakes.
Unfortunately, a later complaint due to a typo is not possible. Regardless of this, we process each personalization manually. If we discover an error, we will contact you by email. Please check your emails regularly after placing your order (including the SPAM/JUNK folder if necessary).
If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of contacting you, the order will be carried out unchanged, as this and we will rely on your approval, as some spelling mistakes may be stylistically intentional.
For photos, we ask you to use the highest possible resolution. The best possible quality for square prints is 4500x4500 pixels at 600dpi and in portrait format 4500x5400 pixels at 600dpi. 300dpi to 150dpi are also suitable, depending on the size.
Below 150 dpi we are talking about a lower resolution, which can affect our printed products. Basically, the higher the dpi number, the sharper an image.
Our print result may differ from your expectations due to low resolution.
We expressly point out that we are not responsible for this. Nevertheless, we always try to achieve the best possible result for you and may process your image manually if possible in order to achieve the best possible result. However, this is a voluntary service to which there is no legal entitlement.
In simple words:
• We need to further process your data in order to execute your order.
• You can revoke the storage of your data at any time by email. However, this may lead to the interruption and cancellation of the order if it has not already been carried out.
• If there are any errors in your personalization, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will carry out the order as placed.
• For photo gifts: If we find your images to be illegal, we are unfortunately unable to carry out the order for legal reasons and will cancel it if necessary after contacting us
• For photo gifts: We can only print the resolution we receive. Please ensure that the image files are good and large.
• For photo gifts: We try to achieve the best possible result even with a low resolution. However, please note that this is a voluntary service and we cannot be held liable for it.
• We will of course accept responsibility for any printing errors that are not due to your personalization.

How does the return process work?
1. Contact us at sprichmituns@hallogeschenk.de and let us know that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can find information about the right of withdrawal here.
2. If necessary, explain why you want to return the item. This will not only help us understand your concerns, but will also enable us to offer you the best possible solution or an alternative solution.
3. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
4. After we have reviewed your case, you will receive a return shipping label via email. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder.
5. Please note that the goods must remain in their original condition, i.e. unworn/washed with label, original packaging etc. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the goods have been used etc., as described in the cancellation policy .
6. Personalized goods are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal for all retailers. However, please always contact us if you are dissatisfied for any reason.
7. Once the goods have arrived with us, an inspection will be carried out and after a few days you will automatically receive an email and your credit note including your shipping costs.
8. Please note that your points in the loyalty points program (Community Rewards Program) will also be deducted according to your return.
