Often, the little helpers are the most important. We thought about what we could do to help people better filter out whether a product might be of interest while browsing. The solution eventually became obvious.

On today’s topic:

We have introduced small but fine innovations in product presentation:

• Average ratings: In the top right corner you can now see the current average rating of an article (if available).

• Discount: The percentage discount for reduced items is displayed at the top left.

• Delivery times: You can find the approximate delivery time for the item at the bottom left.

Here is a brief overview of our delivery times:

• 2-3 days: Items in stock – dispatched within 24 hours.

• 3-4 days: Personalized items – production within 24-48 hours, then shipping.

• 5-7 days: Items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

• 6-11 days: Items shipped from other EU countries.

A little insight into our philosophy:

We take shipping times very seriously. Because we're often dealing with gifts you want to rely on, we do our best every day to ensure everything runs smoothly. And if a delay does occur, we'll contact you immediately , offer an alternative solution, or refund your money—so you can react quickly.
