How long does delivery take?
Our personalized products are all finished in Germany, so your order usually arrives at your home between 3 and 5 working days.
Questions about order or shipment status
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing all relevant information. We will also automatically send you an email with the shipment status as soon as your order is on its way. You can track the shipment using the tracking number in the email, just like in your account.
Are there any additional costs?
No, our prices in the shopping cart are final prices. You are not entering into a subscription, nor are there any follow-up costs. The only exception are orders from abroad, e.g. customs fees for orders from Switzerland with an order value of over 150 euros.

As a German company, we adhere to all data protection guidelines. Therefore, your data will only be used to process your order and only within the scope of our business relationship.
